Do you have a small budget? - Use this small 3 × 7 house plan
In order to provide you with ideas for those projects where the budget is not very loose or we do not have a very extensive land, we bring you this 3 × 7 small house plan. A narrow house model, a solution for those who wish to build their own home on a plot of 3 meters wide by 9 meters long. You may have been surprised that we said 9 meters deep but the house is 3 × 7 meters. The reason is that it will have a private garden at the back 2 meters long by 3 meters wide. So if you got a narrow piece of land this 3 × 7 small house design it will be of great use to you. Let's see…

Economic house plan distribution 3 × 7 meters
This home design can be done with neighbors on the lateral sides. The reason is that there are no windows on the side of the house. On the facade of our house we have the main door, next to the bedroom that the house will have. If we look at the images we will see that the house is designed in the form of a corridor as we move forward. Then to our right we will have our bathroom to finish the tour of our house with the kitchen-dining room in the back. Then, as we had mentioned before, we will have our private garden that will allow us to enter light and ventilation at the same time that we can use it as a relaxation space.

As soon as we enter through the main door of the house we find a corridor that connects us with the rest of the rooms. In the back we find the kitchen that has a breakfast bar and a sofa that will serve as a relaxation area or to eat if we wish. This part of the construction was strategically designed to have natural light and ventilation coming from our private garden.

Private garden
In the design of the 3 × 7 small house plan We will have the laundry area to avoid the piling up of these elements inside the house since we do not have much usable space.

The distribution of individual environments in small spaces we must remember that it is not simple. One solution to this problem is to build a monkey environment. But this resource reduces privacy and independence since all environments would be communicated.

Bathroom of a house 3 × 7 meters
In the center of the construction we will have the bath with all the necessary elements for a complete bathroom.

House room 3 × 7 meters
On the facade of our house we will have the room of the small house plan 3 × 7. A cozy space that gives us the opportunity to have privacy in a space that could quietly be a single environment and as we mentioned earlier we could not have this possibility of individualizing the spaces. The ventilation and lighting of the house will be in charge of the window that faces our façade. Remember that this type of house must be built with a reinforced base to be able to expand it in the future upwards and to have a 3 × 7 house with two floors.
