We welcome you once again to Facades World, today we are going to share with all our readers a beautiful issue about home renovations. To be more precise, it is an apartment in Buenos Aires, in the Palermo area. So if you are interested and eager to know how everything turned out, don't move from the screen because we are starting right now.
It is a renovation and interior design project, which gave a marine air to an apartment, giving it a completely different and beautiful air. within the home renovations, it can be said that it has architectural elements typical of beach architecture, so pay close attention and enjoy what is coming... Let's see.
Home renovations – Beach interior decoration

A completely liberated plant with integrated spaces takes advantage of the entrance of natural light and thus favors ventilation within this department. The furniture that was originally in the house was wenge-colored melamine, which is a tone that is highly inadvisable for small places. Now, as you can see in the photo, the white furniture, matching the sofa and the bookcase, give a feeling of spectacular spaciousness.
The storage space was also optimized with cupboards under the table and upper furniture that extended to the ceiling column. If we pay attention to the TV cabinet, it was made with blue doors to match the L-shaped cabinet, which functions as a desk and kitchen bar. Behind the armchair we see images of boats, which reinforce the general idea of the remodeling.

To delimit the kitchen, a multifunctional L-shaped piece of furniture was designed, which for the kitchen is like a countertop with latches underneath, thus adding storage space while at the other end the space is used. space under the stairs serving as a desk, and others for storing office items.

To further accentuate the marine decoration inside the house, the lid of the L was painted blue, in contrast to the white of the furniture and the light tones of the wood, thus providing warmth. The extension of the upper level was made with wood in shades similar to those of the sand... Very beachy everything!

Here we can see the upper floor, in it we can appreciate how the bedroom. The work consisted of extending the floor to the window, thus gaining space and, as we can see, we now have a small living room. This step not only dismantled the existing loft layout, but also gained more privacy, creating two completely divided environments.
This new space was conditioned as a home office, something useful in these post-pandemic times. As for the decoration, the same color line and palette is maintained, that is, white and neutral tones on the bed, in contrast to the different blue and wood tones of the bedside tables, the chest of drawers and shelves.

We hope and wish that this remodeling has been to your liking, as well as we would like to see the results they achieved in their different homes. Remember that you can follow us on our social networks and interact with our entire great community… We are waiting for you!
