Welcome back to Facades World, we continue to share the latest architectural news. Today is the time to show you the design of the Recycling Pavilion, project carried out by Italian architects to be presented at the Dubai 2020 Expo. Fasten those belts, do not detach from your screens because right now ... Let's start!
Modern Italian buildings - Architecture with recycled materials
With a radical design based on a circular approach to architecture, the pavilion is composed of 3 ships that are the backbone of the design, in addition the project uses recycled building materials like orange peels and ground coffee, which cover their recycled plastic facade extracted from the ocean.

Part of the pavilion has Dubai local materials such as real sand. Based on the waves of the sea and the desert, we find the design of a modern roof. The entrance to the pavilion is carried out on a giant sand dune and lined with a LED curtain facade and nautical ropes that transmit multimedia content.
The Recycling Pavilion is a architectural innovation center designed by the workshop international design and innovation CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati. It is made up of an innovative structure inspired by the most advanced elements of sustainability and circular economy. Here are some illustrative images to better appreciate the project ... Let's see.
