In it, we will find three bedrooms and a large dining room with stunning views to the outside, views that we can enjoy thanks to the use of wooden folding blinds, which we find in the modern facade of this simple, but unique house.
We can observe how the natural tone wood applied in the facade in the form of slats, completely harmonizes the construction culminating with a flat white roof. In turn, the concrete platform on which the construction itself sits, has the same characteristics as the ceiling in both color and dimension.

Here at the back facade from the house we will find a uniform finish that is made of larch wood slats, then, if we visualize the roof, we will see the use of a PVC sheet for more protection and then a layer of gravel.
In the social area, framed by black aluminum, we will find large crystals. When the blinds are folded, we will have a clean and unimpeded visuals towards the outside, finding ourselves completely with the whole nature of the environment.
For its part, the wooden blinds cover the terrace that is located in front of the room, when they are closed, give the social area a greater amplitude to the naked eye, while during the day filters the solar rays giving greater privacy for its occupants.
