On the day of the date Facades World brings you a completely updated new entry. It's been a while since we've seen some Mexican designs, that is why today we have decided to supply them with a little information and images of copies that we will find in our beloved Central America.
In this first installment, we will share the first 5 projects facades of residential or restored houses by Mexican architects and designers. All, except for two of them, are in Mexican territory ... let's start with the trip!
Ideal design for resting
A Mexican house built in 1920 and restored by Mikkael Kreis Architects in Chapala, Jalisco. The remodeling project consisted of not breaking with the urban and natural environment of the town. In addition, materials from the region such as wood, clay, stone and ceramics were taken into account.
Un modern design that we can implement in future work or, perhaps use to give a new touch to our own home.
Yellow on the outside, colorful on the inside
This house is located outside of Mexico. The interior design project has been in charge of the interior architect Mariangel Coghlan, who as in all their projects, analyze the space understanding the needs of the tenants.
A colonial architecture house that in its interior it keeps ideas and secrets of Mexican inspiration. A great design!
Country house located in the heart of the city
Project and construction residential room house. 1,100 m2 construction on an 1,370 m2 site with golf course in Guadalajara, Jalisco. The idea of the client was to have a country style house in the middle of the city. That is why Luis Esquinca Workshop He designed this fabulous house, with a really charming and discreet access facade. The facade that opens onto the golf course shows more, but we will share it on another occasion.
Oasis in the north of the country, what do you think?
Residence located in the Golf Club, Los Lagos in Hermosillo, Sonora. The original concept was to integrate the house with the nature's own environment, the green areas and the lake that can be seen from the inside and spectacular terraces.
It was designed by the Architect Juan Manuel Gamiz Herrera in conjunction with another architectural firm that was responsible for the construction and supervision of it.
The jewel of Merida
A remodeling carried out by Taller Estilo Arquitectura is what we see in the photograph. A modern mexican facade and elegant that hides secrets and architectural surprises.
We can catalog something like a tree house, live in the environment. Since in its interior there is a centenary tree of Zapote, and around it the spaces were restructured.
