In it, you will see the 10 × 15 meter house plan that we have prepared for you, a spacious 2-story, 4-bedroom house that will captivate you and above all will be of great help to all those who are about to build their home. Meet this house plan of 10 × 15 meters - Ideal for a family numbers

In order to provide you with new ideas for your personal projects, we decided today to share this 10 × 15 meter house plan. This house is designed for large families who need to have several rooms and bathrooms for their members. We are anticipating that the house has two floors, 4 bedrooms, a pool and a terrace that we can enjoy entering from inside the home or from the outside. This is one of the most spacious constructions we have made for you and we hope you like it.

10 × 15 House Plan Layout with 2 Floors - Lower Level

To visualize this project that has several square meters of construction, being more specific 150 m2 distributed between both floors. But if we also include our back garden we could extend up to 200 m2 built. The house is composed of an entrance hall that merges with the living room and then leads to a staircase that takes us to the upper floor, always located to our right. The accesses to the bathroom for common use and the laundry will be found on our left, while if we continue towards the end of the lower level we will find the kitchen and dining room of the house. To finish with our ground floor we can also see that we have an additional bathroom in the external patio and a garage to store the vehicle that we have.

Living room

To start our tour accessing through the main door, after the entrance hall we find the living room of the house. It is designed to include a large "L" shaped chair and a coffee table in order to separate the environment from the rest of the house. Even to add more separation to both rooms, a stepped wall was designed to be made of glass bricks.

Laundry and bathroom for common use

As we mentioned previously, on the left side of our house towards the laundry room and the bathroom for common use. Looking at them from the front to our left we can access the laundry that does not have great details but if it has the necessary space to add a tap with a sink to wash what we need and a washing machine for our clothes. If we want we can add the furniture we want. To our right, always looking straight ahead, we will find a full bathroom that has all its services. A toilet, a bidet, a simple vanity and a shower with a glass screen that allows the water not to splash when we shower.

Last month we published the plans of a cheap 6 × 6 house for all our subscribers Youtube. The impact of that article was so great that today we share this house plan of 6 × 6 meters with 3 bedrooms which you can do as an extension of the house that we shared with you a month ago. Thus, in this project, one more floor was added, leaving the dining room with the kitchen in the lower part, and the living room next to the stairs that take us to the second floor. We will have a shared full bathroom, 3 rooms in total and an additional bathroom ... let's see.

For the facade, we found an identical design to the one we had previously with a window on the right raised to achieve privacy from the public and a main entrance door on the right. As extra data we mention that the walls have a height of 2.7 meters, this measurement will be replicated on both floors.

Upon entering the house we will find the kitchen next to the dining room, as happened in the previous project. This area has been designed to incorporate as many elements as possible in the smallest possible space.

The room has been designed to have more space while the staircase that leads to the upper floor of the house is present in it. The lower floor bathroom at the end of the distribution is for common use and contains all the services that a bathroom should have.

On one side of the bathroom on the first floor we have one of the rooms that we will find in the project. It is designed for the smallest children in the home since a bunk bed can be incorporated and thus optimize the bedroom space.

We will also find a larger room that has a window that overlooks the backyard of the house. Finally, we will see at the end of our house the outdoor patio where we can see that previously we had a laundry area on the first floor and this time it was decided to incorporate it on the outside to achieve greater amplitude in the interior area of the house. In turn, we made a safeguard for the washing machine so that it is protected from inclement weather. For the consideration of the external patio we take an extension of the land that in this case would be 6 × 9 meters, giving us an area of 90 m2, even if they are not the total covered and built meters.
