This affordable and modern home seeks to encompass this and create a living situation that brings the best elements of community life into a more adult space. Now the site has two independent buildings that face each other through a shared garden.

A low blue stone wall, located in the center, provides a natural setting for the landscape in the case of the need for a more autonomous life.
