We return stronger than ever to Facades World and we share the design of an ecological country house which is prepared to be fully supplied with elements of nature. How about we start?… Here we go!
Eco-friendly country house design
Today we analyze the design of a rural house that uses both the elements of the bioclimatic architecture as also the crossed ventilation to stay cool on summer days. In winter, it also accomplishes the task thanks to the use of solar panels for energy supply and water heating.
Thanks to this beautiful field housing It is ecological, using the already mentioned above in the article (elements of bioclimatic architecture, cross ventilation and solar panels) can be used permanently or seasonally.
On the outside the rural house looks beautiful with a large roof inclined to a water that protects it from natural agents, galvanized corrugated panels play a very important role both for aesthetics and for functionality, since these will change from patina according to the passage of the weather.

Plan of the rural house - area of 160 square meters
This House plan of 160 meters squares shows a simple configuration of the spaces within a rectangular shape. The main entrance is through the central part (Deck - in the plan), towards the right the spaces are distributed as the room and a dining room outside, to the left the three dormitories facing north (ideal location for constructions in the southern hemisphere).
In the living-dining room we appreciate several openings that allow us to have the best views of the forest that surrounds the house. A kitchen with island It is close to the entrance, which allows serving both the social area as well as privacy, giving greater comfort to the occupants of the house.
