Facade and plan of modern loft 5 × 7 meters
Both the exterior and interior of the loft will be with a modern style. We can see it on the façade through its straight lines or clean lines that the construction offers. To achieve a discreet facade, the natural lighting of the front part is achieved through a large window on the upper level. In this way, we will not only make it discreet but also safe, especially for streets that are very busy.
Distribution
In the distribution of our modern loft 5 × 7 meters we will have two floors, one low and one high. On our ground floor we will have a living room, a half bathroom and a kitchen with the dining room included. For the upper floor the night rest room is reserved along with a complete bathroom. Its measurements can be seen in the plan at the end of the article.
Private garden
At the back we will have a balcony at the top and at the bottom a large French door that will give us access to our private garden. It is designed to spend great time in it, so the patio has a lawn and a wooden deck along with a side stone path made to connect one end with the other.
Living room
It will have a sofa in the shape of a "C" which, being spacious, offers a pleasant place to receive visitors and to relax. This environment will have a television in front of our sofa and will be the room that will welcome our visits.
Bathrooms
At the bottom, as we mentioned earlier we will find our half bathroom. It is ideal to use while we are on the ground floor but it is also perfect for visitors to use in our home.
In the upper part we will have the complete bathroom that will provide us with greater comfort for the inhabitants of the modern loft.
Kitchen - Dining room
They are very bright spaces thanks to the balcony door that provides us with abundant natural light. This design is ideal for homes between walls since, as it does not have windows on the sides, it is an ideal home to build with neighbors on neighboring land.
Rest area
The upper floor will have a wooden floor like the lower level. This offers us warmth and modernity doubly. The bedroom being very spacious we will have room to include sofas for a reading area along with the double bed and their respective bedside tables.
