2. Wide indoor environments in 64 square meters

This house can be built on land with boundaries on both sides since the lighting and ventilation is both on the front and on the back. We will find that the built area is 64 square meters, but with green areas a 10 x 20 meter lot would be needed. Let's see their images ...

Brick House in Chile, we show super bright interiors and Plans

Again we are in Facades World with a new entry. On the day of the date, it is up to a remodeling generated in Chile, in Villa Alemana, where we will see a termination of completely modern housing, ideal for a family of 4 people. Let's get started ...

Mainly and as we already mentioned, the assignment consisted of remodeling and expansion of a house that was built in the 60 decade, located on a flat plot of 289 m2 with only 74 m2 built. The owners, a young couple with small children, requested three things as a premise: usable spaces for children and in turn for meetings, in order to keep them controlled and in turn have a space to enjoy visitors, programmatic flexibility, and good lighting.

Main facade of the house - front view

Beyond the limited budget that was available, the expansion of this brick dwelling He contemplated the construction of the master bedroom with a bathroom in addition to a small laundry room. Then, thanks to the materiality used, it was sought that it did not have to be covered, that is why the architects thought of tax brick reinforced by a Steel frame for the new structural walls. In the same way we acted with the floor, which was directly applied a painting of high traffic.

The main action focused on designing a new relationship between the house and its patio. To achieve this, the house was programmatically ordered to allow the possibility of generating relations of interior-exterior use. Added to this, a wall was created whose solid-void ratio, projected the interior spaces towards the patio, thus leaving its condition and transforming into an area of extension of the interior enclosures.

Main house and subsequent remodeling of the house

Thanks to the aforementioned, illuminated enclosures were generated inside the remodeled housing, with a living room that became the driving center for daily use and social activities in the house.

Meanwhile, the part of the patio, which we can only access from inside the building, supports the vocation of the enclosures with which it connects on the outside. Next, we show you a little of his interior design to be able to generate more ideas for their possible remodeling or construction.

The roof of the house is made up of a rectangular volume with a sloping roof to a water, it is made up from a coating of boards painted white.

Despite the yellow colors of the main facade Corresponding to the desire for harmony with the old house, this work is naturally complemented by the environment.

Design of modern rustic house, with plans and interiors

En Facades World we bring you one single family Home located in one of the zones with greater housing growth of the City of Puebla, in Mexico. It is built on a rectangular plot of 150 m2 which is inside a residential subdivision where there are quite demanding restrictions with respect to the design.

La modern rustic facade of this house is designed based on the architectural program and the interior function. On the ground floor we will find a lattice of tropical wood It divides the interior-exterior visuals giving the user great privacy, however, it allows cross ventilation and the passage of natural light. On the upper floor, not only are the windows recessed, but the eaves work to regulate the solar radiation according to the season of the year in which we are.

                                                     Rear facade of rustic housing

A little of your interior design

Originally the project is based on a broken “C” design, extracting and drilling the plants to create cross ventilation and allow maximum use of natural light in different spaces. The ground floor houses the social areas of this rustic house, so walls were removed to create contiguous spaces and large environments that integrate the gardens. The construction area is used to the maximum, taking advantage of the transitions from one space to another, eliminating large circulations.

On the upper floor, we will find the bedrooms where the vertical perforations and terraces keep the light as a constant and changing element during the hours and moments of the day. One of the vertical perforations, allows the creation of a patio where different elements coexist as for example the red brick annealed, natural wood, The steel planters and the vegetation. This patio, innovative, can be seen from the different levels of this modern rustic house, surprising users in this way when looking through the window. Finally, in the Roof Garden we will find the services and the terrace, with a unique view towards the volcanoes.

Thanks to the small space that we have, it has been possible to create well-lit and ventilated environments thanks to the design of an atrium (mentioned above) which is an open inner courtyard located between the garage and the living room.

On the first floor we will find the social area, and does not have interior walls to save space and thus assimilate a feeling of unique amplitude. The differences of + 0.10 and + 0.20 centimeters on the zero level of the floors, define the environments that we see plotted in the plane.

In the plan of the second floor we will find two rooms. The bedroom is ventilated and illuminated thanks to the atrium skylight and communicates with the «multipurpose» room by means of a small and original bridge. Here we show you ...

Small two-story house, facade with openwork walls and structure with stone

Again we are here in Facades World, with a new entry for all our readers. On the day of the date, we will analyze a construction of two floors and three bedrooms, built on 110 square meters with a facade formed by brick lattices combined with small stones. All the information below ...

The design of the modern two-story facade, draws much attention primarily by the combination of openwork walls in the two levels of construction and application of small stones so in this way to give a different emphasis to the structure. The degree of the gable roof finally complements the original proposal of the designers Hùng Râu KTS.

She facade of profile, we will find the application of flat tiles in the part of the roof to two waters, and a perimetric fence formed with openwork brick, the same material used in the facade. For its part, the portico has been hierarchized thanks to the application of the small rectangular stone.

They were designed planters on the side of the house, which are part of the structure thus achieving an integrating effect of the vegetation with the decorative stone.

Modern and bright interior design

We will find a modern interior design that in addition to being very bright, is spacious. The social area, having no internal divisions as well as the presence of openings and a high ceiling, gives the impression of having more area than it really has, are resources that can be replicated in the construction or remodeling your home.

The contrast that we will find here in the interior design, are the oak wood floors. Beyond the fact that its equipment is simple, elements have been added that harmonize and embellish the interior, such as the TV cabinet.
