A young couple living in Yaletown, Vancouver, Canada, decide to get married and start a family. They required more space, but couldn't afford a home in Yaletown. This is how they find a loft-type space in terrible condition and impossible to inhabit immediately. It is at that precise moment when, not only does the remodeling of said space begin, but also a resounding change in the lives of our protagonists.

Interior design and its history
The building located at 550 Beatty was one of the first New York style designs of open space, in Vancouver. In 1907 a warehouse used the place and then, in 1981, the space was adapted to generate loft-type residences. In this new renovation, it was decided to divide the space into two categories: kitchen, living room, dining room on the second level, and the bedrooms and entertainment area on the first level.
Both levels work with one open distribution type loftHowever, the first place has the possibility, to transform into closed rooms during the night. The project presents another alternative of life to young families who are living in the suburbs. This type of housing also allows the reuse of devalued urban spaces, ensuring the renewal and adaptation of the urban fabric.

El modern design for two-story house that we will find in it, shows a creative response to the architectural challenges of creating "rooms" in generic loft spaces, which normally only have access to light and air at one end of a very deep plane.
Next we will offer you the rest of the images of this remodeling and interiors, in which will be detailed all the carpentry of the construction, paint colors in bedrooms and living room, as well as their plans and the use of wood and even in small parts brick for different combinations within the interior design of this house in Vancouver, Canada.
