Welcome back to Facades World. Today, we bring you 5 copies of cheap houses with modern finishes, which surely will help them in a wide way if they are not yet clear what type of façade to use in their home, or what interior design they propose.
1. Simplicity and harmony in 5 meters wide

The architects of this simple and modern house, have chosen simple and inexpensive building materials to create a harmonious design. Perforated panels to filter sunlight as well as a small perimeter fence with a frame and metal mesh are some of the elements that we can see in this house built on a plot of only 5 meters wide by 30 long.
2. Wide indoor environments in 64 square meters
This house can be built on land with boundaries on both sides since the lighting and ventilation is both on the front and on the back. We will find that the built area is 64 square meters, but with green areas a 10 x 20 meter lot would be needed. Let's see their images ...

3. Combination of exposed concrete and steel in this simple house
In this beautiful simple house it has not been necessary to tarrage the walls or install ceramic floors, the walls have exposed concrete brick and polished floors of the same material. It has been conveniently combined with the steel in the outer bars, handrails and window frames. The result is a beautiful House built in an area 185 square meters.

4. Recycled materials result in a modern and economical housing
For this house recycled materials were used in its construction, for example the main structure is made up of two containers and for the recycled corrugated aluminum facade, instead of tiles in the bathrooms, recycled glass, properly treated, was used.
Another resource for saving is the use in OSB panel walls and floors which are a conglomerate of pressed chips, as a whole the house is easy to build, economical and friendly to the environment.

5. Exterior style and modern interior in 92 square meters
The house has two bedrooms, a large living room - dining room and kitchen in a 92 area square meters, because the terrain is narrow, a linear circulation between the environments has been designed (see the main entrance from the top right of the map).
