When we think of the perfect home, surely it does not cross our heads or even the reform of a commercial premises. Then the question arises, is it possible that a building of this type becomes a home that covers all our needs ?, the answer is given by our colleagues in Arquigestiona Reformas and they arrive to our most in the day of the date to share them with all our enormous community.

The old entrance door to the bar (lreformed ocal) is converted into a large window that is now part of a simple facade which happens to be the front part of this new house. The project developers were able to make the best use of the large dimensions of this opening, placing a fixed acid-etched glass that allows light to enter the hallway and living room.

Following the requests and specifications of the owners, the professionals at Arquigestiona Reformas designed a house with three bedrooms, a bathroom, a large kitchen-dining room and a small living room. Get room for three Bedrooms in this old bar he demanded an extension of about 15 square meters, subtracting a small area from the backyard.

In this last image we can appreciate how the entrance of light floods the corridor, unifying all the interior spaces of housing. Not in vain, matte glass is an increasingly common material in the modern interior: its translucent finish attenuates the lighting, creating soft and welcoming environments.

Having a large kitchen was one of the previous needs of the project and a specific request from the owners of the house. So, in order not to reduce the surface area of ​​the backyard, we decided to reduce the room and opt for an open concept (we can see it below). As a result, I created a bright and functional kitchen with capacity not only for a large storage, but also with space for a large table and communication to the room.

With the new distribution, it got one medium sized living room, cozy and bright, connected to the kitchen by the pasa-platos. The new living room It also has an electric fireplace, with a modern and elegant design.
