In order that you can build your own house or remodel it, we bring you this plan and design of a 5 × 10 meter house. Before entering fully into the particularities of the house, we want to clarify that the 5 meters correspond to the front of the house, the 10 meters correspond to the back and refer only to the built surface, not to the land. Top view
As we can see in the top view we notice the main measurements of the house. It is composed in the left wing by a room followed by dining room which ends in kitchen. In the right wing we have two bedrooms and in the center of both the complete bathroom with all its services. The best thing about this design is that we have a small hallway that separates the rest areas from the rest of the house.

The front of our house that we usually know as a facade, is composed of a minimalist style. On both sides of your front door we will have two windows that will allow us to ventilate and illuminate much of the house. Mainly the bedroom and the main room. Its location in this case is located in a corner but it quietly meets the same requirements to place it elsewhere as long as the measurements are the same.
On the left
As we mentioned before, it is composed of a main room, dining room and kitchen. The latter is the one that shares space with two additional spaces. One is the breakfast bar and the laundry room. Its arrangement is designed in such a way that we can optimize the space generating a wider visual effect than if we divided the environments.
Honeymoon suite
The measurements of the double bedroom are 3.80 meters x 2.50 meters. Its arrangement is towards the front of the house with a light entrance towards the same direction. A double bed can easily enter it, achieving comfort and space to add two night tables on both sides. On the continuous side to the entrance door we can have our closet.
Secondary bedroom
This environment that we can use as a secondary bedroom is designed to add a single bed or a vertical bunk bed that is double. The wardrobe is designed as in the previous room, next to the entrance door. The measurements of this bedroom are 2.76mx 2.50m and its lighting window is oriented towards the internal patio of the house.
Bath
The bathroom, as mentioned above, is located in the middle of the two rooms. Its measurements are 1.6M x 3.00M and it has all the essential services. It is ventilated in the upper part by means of a skylight.
the garden
This sector, as we have mentioned, is an extension of the built surface. It offers us a series of additional comforts to our construction. A green space, ventilation and lighting for a fairly large percentage of the house.
