Meet this house plan of 10 × 15 meters - Ideal for a family numbers
In order to provide you with new ideas for your personal projects, we decided today to share this 10 × 15 meter house plan. This house is designed for large families who need to have several rooms and bathrooms for their members. We are anticipating that the house has two floors, 4 bedrooms, a pool and a terrace that we can enjoy entering from inside the home or from the outside. This is one of the most spacious constructions we have made for you and we hope you like it.
10 × 15 House Plan Layout with 2 Floors - Lower Level
To visualize this project that has several square meters of construction, being more specific 150 m2 distributed between both floors. But if we also include our back garden we could extend up to 200 m2 built. The house is composed of an entrance hall that merges with the living room and then leads to a staircase that takes us to the upper floor, always located to our right. The accesses to the bathroom for common use and the laundry will be found on our left, while if we continue towards the end of the lower level we will find the kitchen and dining room of the house. To finish with our ground floor we can also see that we have an additional bathroom in the external patio and a garage to store the vehicle that we have.
Living room
To start our tour accessing through the main door, after the entrance hall we find the living room of the house. It is designed to include a large "L" shaped chair and a coffee table in order to separate the environment from the rest of the house. Even to add more separation to both rooms, a stepped wall was designed to be made of glass bricks.
Laundry and bathroom for common use
As we mentioned previously, on the left side of our house towards the laundry room and the bathroom for common use. Looking at them from the front to our left we can access the laundry that does not have great details but if it has the necessary space to add a tap with a sink to wash what we need and a washing machine for our clothes. If we want we can add the furniture we want. To our right, always looking straight ahead, we will find a full bathroom that has all its services. A toilet, a bidet, a simple vanity and a shower with a glass screen that allows the water not to splash when we shower.

When we reach the end of our lower floor we find the eat-in kitchen. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that divides the kitchen from the dining room. In this way we will have a closed kitchen with all the necessary comforts to be able to cook in a quiet way.
