Together with our colleagues from Architecture Planet today we share this with you house plan 5 × 7 metersAll with the purpose of helping those families that are just being formed and that do not have many economic resources to carry out a construction. In the distribution we will find a shared bathroom, a room and as a social area in the same space we will have the living room, dining room and kitchen adapted to the space we have at home.

As we mentioned, the size being reduced is set and designed so that everything enters in the best way. That is why we take advantage of every square centimeter but do not lack the essential elements for a person or a couple to live comfortably. All this in a construction that will have a floor at a cost of 14.000 or 15.000 USD (US dollars) and from there on, the amenities that we want to add will increase the cost of construction.
A back garden of the house plan 5 × 7 meters, which does not count in the initial construction and therefore does not enter the detailed budget. In order to build it we will need 3 more meters on the land we choose for construction. One of the points to highlight of the distribution is in the separation of the environments as we present it and not resorting to the ease that the construction of a studio apartment presents us. Even the laundry room is separated through a folding door to avoid having to allocate more footage just to access.
This construction is designed for families that are just forming. That is why we made a 50 cm tile on the roof of the house, thinking that the building can be expanded with a building on the upper level and expand the covered construction area, making the house even more food and spacious for more members in the family.
