Plans of the small house (red arrow entrance to the house)

The architects of this simple and modern house, have chosen simple and inexpensive building materials to create a harmonious design. Perforated panels to filter sunlight as well as a small perimeter fence with a frame and metal mesh are some of the elements that we can see in this house built on a plot of only 5 meters wide by 30 long.

2. Wide indoor environments in 64 square meters

This house can be built on land with boundaries on both sides since the lighting and ventilation is both on the front and on the back. We will find that the built area is 64 square meters, but with green areas a 10 x 20 meter lot would be needed. Let's see their images ...

For this house recycled materials were used in its construction, for example the main structure is made up of two containers and for the recycled corrugated aluminum facade, instead of tiles in the bathrooms, recycled glass, properly treated, was used.

Another resource for saving is the use in OSB panel walls and floors which are a conglomerate of pressed chips, as a whole the house is easy to build, economical and friendly to the environment.

This work by 99.0 m2, located in a residential neighborhood of Moscow, Iran, is located next to a old wooden house belonging to the parents of the customers, and also surrounded by a thick web of old trees. Since the small budget had to solve the realization of the construction and the purchase of the furniture, the architects were forced to find cheap and easy to build solutions.

The roof of the house is made up of a rectangular volume with a sloping roof to a water, it is made up from a coating of boards painted white.

Despite the yellow colors of the main facade Corresponding to the desire for harmony with the old house, this work is naturally complemented by the environment.

                                                               Interior design - game room

The master bedroom stands out for its height of 5 meters and its large closets. The wall that divides the kitchen from the living room is covered by ornaments drawn by the children with their own hands. A remarkable element of this modern housing It is the staircase, which was built after the approval of the children, and to give it more security all the sharp angles were removed and all the cutouts were painted yellow.

Most of the furniture in the house is built to order, which allowed a better use of space and was also an ally when it came to reducing costs.

Small wooden cabin, we show interiors and how it opens outwards

This small wooden house has a versatile structure that allows it to open outwards in order to have the best views, or to remain virtually closed to maintain the privacy of its guests and control of the sun's rays. Let's discover this amazing construction!

At first glance we can catalog this design as a country house, however, in this cabin have added wooden shutters that can be folded and unfurled throughout the house, thus allowing to have the best views of the outside. On the other hand, we find a huge window, covering all the other part of the house, resulting in a property that integrates perfectly with the exterior.

A modern and versatile exterior design (Zecc Architects)

In this minivan we will find integrated the bedroom with the living room and also the kitchen, for its part the bathroom, is located behind one of the wooden walls which seems to be hidden inside the house, and as regards the between floor , we can say that it can be used as a bedroom for children or guests (choice at the convenience of each family).

Beyond which we can deploy and fold the wooden blinds to virtually close the cabin, we believe that for greater privacy in the part of the bedroom, it is possible to place a wooden plate in the form of a wall, which could easily be manipulated .

From the dining room and the bedroom we will have unique views towards the forest, an important tip that we give you from Facades World, is that in the construction of your home you always look for the best visuals and based on that you guide your house, you can also analyze the route of the sun to have a pleasant atmosphere inside the house all year round.

Due to the small space, the living room has space only for a sofa, a dining room for four people, a linear kitchen and a toilet. In the only bedroom, a sink and a shower were designed that are hidden behind the wooden walls, then you will see the rest of the images and the plan of this small but very useful house.

Small house of three floors, we know a modern interior and a facade with sheets of recycled wood.

On the day of the date we bring you a new somewhat peculiar information post. We say peculiar because it is a sustainable style house, in which we will find particularities such as a very modern interior, a facade armed entirely with sheets of recycled wood, and as if this were not enough, three separate floors in an impeccable manner for each space inside the house.

This little one three floors house, it should include in its requirements a reduction of 70% of water, an 90% of use of recycled or certified materials, besides obviously having a unique quality of air inside.

Facade with recycled wood slats - daylight

In order to meet this requirement, it was proposed to carry out a façade with recycled wood sheets, generating unanimity in the style, also placed photovoltaic panels on the roof and small windows, a key point to maintain a warm interior without losing air.

Inside, working night and day with the aim of purging the hot air and only leave room for fresh and clean air, we will find the use of the Zehnder ventilation system, which not only achieves the mentioned objective, but at the same time manages to maintain a pleasant temperature all year round.

In order to reach a «Green construction», the project architect proposed the use of a hot water heat pump, with which in this way, it could provide both hot water and heating floor or underfloor heating.

Recycled wood facade and its lighting - sunset

The same wood proposed for the façade was also used inside. As we can see in one of its bedrooms and different interior spaces of this house, its distribution presents modern spaces and it resembles a unique visual amplitude, contributing in the same way to the aforementioned green construction.

The doors and windows offer wooden frames that serve as a waterproof and watertight seal to air leaks and sound of the city, thus guaranteeing the comfort of its occupants.

Next, as usual in Facades World, we will leave you more images so that you can enjoy this beautiful home, and in addition, we will also offer you the plans of this one. So, you can get a clearer idea of what this small house made of recycled wood, and why not, use it as an example for possible remodeling or remodeling in their own homes.

White fir wood is what covers also inside this beautiful house, which also enter your bedroom and bathroom, and a kitchen-room.
