Sustainable Construction: Sustainable Architecture. Knowing the eco-construction ...

If we internalize a little in this new topic, we will see that the Sustainable Architecture It would not make sense without a sustainable construction, which we can say is based on a series of necessary principles so that the result can respond to their demands.

One of the most important rules within the Eco Construction It is referred to the size. Beyond the fact that a small construction would require less materials, and therefore the environmental impact would be less, other factors such as carbon footprint, durability, landscape impact, materials or functionality will also influence it. bioclimatic design. The approach that a sustainable construction, it must be conformed by the famous rule of the three erres, being able to "reduce", "reuse" and "recycle" each of the things used for such construction. For this, it is always good to have the advice of professionals specialized in this field, not only to architects, but also to those who regularly resort to sustainable projects.

Another point to keep in mind is the choice of land in which we want to build our home, and the Construction materials so that it is durable. Based on that, below we will show you some unique samples, which we hope you can help them by broadening their views regarding building and sustainability.

For the eco materials fulfill their function within the construction and this is sustainable, we must make all the pieces of the puzzle fit together: performance of green energies, taking advantage of the weather conditions that we find ourselves, isolation, passive systems, etc ... only to avoid wasting money in the future to solve problems or unforeseen events, but also to achieve the main objective, a sustainable construction.

On the other hand, the well-being and comfort of the people who live in this construction is also very important, which does not have to be incompatible with the sustainability of housing or with any other type of construction.

Although the costs of the materials that can be implemented in the building may be higher, it is also true that long-term energy savings, they represent a saving that sincerely is worth the investment. Being able to be installed renewable energy systems to allow us to supply and a series of practices that manage to reduce energy losses, over time the architectural and energy sustainability, result in a significant overall savings if you give up a good quality of life.

Classical Style House Type

This is one 1 country house plant, Argentine style, in the great Buenos Aires. It was built in 2013 by architect Fernando Martínez Nespral, with 185 square meters covered.

It has a very beautiful facade of pure lines, which plays generating movements. Walls of bricks revoked, coated in textured terracotta tones that end in classic field moldings finishing off the heights.
The main door, of wood light color, invites a warm welcome to the living-dining room (incorporated).

Classical Style House Type 1

The covered garage is double and has direct access to the kitchen; comfortable, practical and with an island that also serves as a breakfast bar. The cupboards are several and of white melanin. We chose ceramic floors not so clear, ideal for a high traffic area. The countertops are kept in terracotta tones, but they do not lose luminosity or freshness.

The service room can be used as such, for guests or eventually converted into a workplace, workshop or desk. As for the bedrooms, the house has a dresser suite with bathroom and dressing room and two more rooms with a white bathroom, bright and spacious.

Classical Style House Type 3

Now gallery It is accessed from the living-dining room by comfortable double French doors. It is comfortable and covered, with floors of gray ceramics more suffered and easy to clean. Next door is the grill area, with equal access to the kitchen. It is connected to the pool by braces on the grass. Fenced with wire, parantes and shutter type field gate, in clear quebracho wood. Practical, durable and ideal for the weather.

The construction of this house has costs between low and medium, depending on the size with which it is designed. This proposal of classic argentinian country style, with pure lines and nothing overloaded, helps maintain the general simplicity in interior design and decoration. This enables many options of materials, coatings and furniture, always staying within the budget. I hope you find many inspiring ideas in it. We loved it, so then we leave you with the 360 photos of the facade, and as usual, some interior spaces!
