Today we present to you a very elegant house located in England, designed by the architect John Schwerdt in 1964. The historical details are appreciable with the naked eye and it has a beautiful country road with panoramic views of the Tillingham Valley. As we can see in the initial image and in those that will follow it, we find a modern style house that presents a facade with privileged views, since in it the natural environment is present and that is one of the main attractions.
The roof is flat with eaves and has a structure of wood lined that helps to create a relationship with nature so that trees can be seen from panoramic points. The brick It is painted white. It has a front entrance, entrance from the kitchen and a garage at the south end of the facade principal. All doors and windows have aluminum frames.
The main feature is the great lighting that it has, being able to appreciate very large windows thanks to which the views will become unforgettable.
The entrance hall allows you to glimpse the interior of the house thanks to the aforementioned large windows. When we enter it, we will find a ceiling of varnished wood in each of the rooms. In the living room you can see the large fireplace that is also connected to the study room to promote the environment. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes that extend throughout the height of the house to take advantage of that space.
The details are a highlight of this house, since the dressing room and the guest room also emphasize the height of the furniture and windows. On the other hand, the bathrooms have white mosaic tiles and original accessories of the time. The most formal space in the house is seen in the dining room, thus extending the simplicity more precisely in the back entrance or the kitchen, due to the fact that it has a service floor and a boiler room.
Then, we leave them with the remaining images so that they can appreciate the interiors in more detail and also their corresponding plane.
As usual, we leave you the credits of the project below in the following link.
