Mobile office with outdoor seating, do not miss a construction in the heart of Madrid that will leave you astonished

Today Facades World We will offer you the design of a mobile office with outdoor seating, a construction carried out by Enorme Estudio, specifically specialized in the realization and development of mobile systems for corporate and retail residential applications. Enjoy each of the images and information that we offer below ... let's get started!

Mobile office with outdoor seating

At first glance, the installation located in Plaza Santa María Soledad Torres Acosta resembles a roof gable profile, painted with a stylized representation of a mountain range. As visitors approach, they realize that the structure is actually three separate pieces: a central room similar to a greenhouse flanked by triangular seating areas, the steps of crude plywood interspersed with mossy growths. But since the seating sets are on wheels, they have the ability to separate and move to create independent elements.

Called "Mountain on the Moon", the structure has a glazed office with a pointed roof that is aligned with mobile wooden seating structures, who have a place to sit and relax and a grass area with plants, like a mountain.

The interior of the office has been configured with a line of desks on one side and on the other it is a comfortable rest area. The desks have USB charging points and reading points illuminated by solar energy, and the structure has the possibility to load devices with the kinetic energy generated by the movement too. The space will also host various workshops and discussions on urban planning with designers who are imagining new ways of making cities.

A mixture between a experimental laboratory and a piece of urban furniture, the structure-performance brings together many of the characteristics that make the success of public facilities of this type: plants, internal, events and experimentation. We really talk about a construction that invites the inhabitants of the city to "sit and chat while they charge their phone's battery by means of solar or kinetic energy", something that is undoubtedly unique and original.

As always, from Facades World we hope that this copy of mobile office design It is of great help and impel them to create their own and original design for their respective homes. Remember to follow us on Facebook, Pinterest y Google +, we will meet again soon dear readers ...

Regards!

6 building flats ideal for offices or residential, simple minimalist interiors and a modern glass facade

Welcome back to Facades World, the day of the date we are going to offer you a new entry on our website. We are aware that in our architectural community, sometimes, it is necessary to supply them with something different, that is why we think that this article will be of great help and will not only solve some doubts but also display your imagination widely.

This modern vertical work located in Hoheluftchaussee, Hamburg, Germany, was created in 2015 on a plot of 2123.0 m2. The façade of this 6-story apartment building is made up of a double habitable skin, this is due to excessive traffic noise.

                                              Main facade

The fully glazed street facade is divided into segments to reflect the shape of each unit. These individual glass plates are tilted in various directions and covered with a film that varies in brightness, resulting in an ever-changing rhythm of colors, lights, and reflection.

Interior design

This condo composed of rental units and commercial premises is located on one of Hamburg's main arteries leading to the city center. The building is made up of a central nucleus with a circulation of nine apartments. Each floor contains two apartments, except for the top floor: there is an apartment with a large terrace.

The counter façade is oriented to the south overlooking the inner courtyard, thus avoiding the busy street on the opposite side. Each apartment has a south-facing balcony as well as a north-facing loggia.

Each floor of this work was created open and clean. The bedrooms are oriented towards the streets while the living room and kitchen open to the south side of the patio. This first floor was intended as an open office unit with a rooftop terrace.

Building plans of 6 flats

                                                                    Floor plant

House remodeling: a modern example in the heart of Palermo, Buenos Aires.

We welcome you once again to Facades World, today we are going to share with all our readers a beautiful issue about home renovations. To be more precise, it is an apartment in Buenos Aires, in the Palermo area. So if you are interested and eager to know how everything turned out, don't move from the screen because we are starting right now.

It is a renovation and interior design project, which gave a marine air to an apartment, giving it a completely different and beautiful air. within the home renovations, it can be said that it has architectural elements typical of beach architecture, so pay close attention and enjoy what is coming... Let's see.

Home renovations – Beach interior decoration

A completely liberated plant with integrated spaces takes advantage of the entrance of natural light and thus favors ventilation within this department. The furniture that was originally in the house was wenge-colored melamine, which is a tone that is highly inadvisable for small places. Now, as you can see in the photo, the white furniture, matching the sofa and the bookcase, give a feeling of spectacular spaciousness.

The storage space was also optimized with cupboards under the table and upper furniture that extended to the ceiling column. If we pay attention to the TV cabinet, it was made with blue doors to match the L-shaped cabinet, which functions as a desk and kitchen bar. Behind the armchair we see images of boats, which reinforce the general idea of the remodeling.

To delimit the kitchen, a multifunctional L-shaped piece of furniture was designed, which for the kitchen is like a countertop with latches underneath, thus adding storage space while at the other end the space is used. space under the stairs serving as a desk, and others for storing office items.

To further accentuate the marine decoration inside the house, the lid of the L was painted blue, in contrast to the white of the furniture and the light tones of the wood, thus providing warmth. The extension of the upper level was made with wood in shades similar to those of the sand... Very beachy everything!

Here we can see the upper floor, in it we can appreciate how the bedroom. The work consisted of extending the floor to the window, thus gaining space and, as we can see, we now have a small living room. This step not only dismantled the existing loft layout, but also gained more privacy, creating two completely divided environments.

This new space was conditioned as a home office, something useful in these post-pandemic times. As for the decoration, the same color line and palette is maintained, that is, white and neutral tones on the bed, in contrast to the different blue and wood tones of the bedside tables, the chest of drawers and shelves.

We hope and wish that this remodeling has been to your liking, as well as we would like to see the results they achieved in their different homes. Remember that you can follow us on our social networks and interact with our entire great community… We are waiting for you!

How to take advantage of a free room: tricks, tips and much more.

How to take advantage of a free room It is a question that many of us ask ourselves. For the same reason, today Facades World We will share some tips to make the most of it. Do not move from the screen because you are in the right place... Let's start!

Many times, in our home there is a free room and we do not know what to do with it. The empty space is not very conspicuous, so we will tell you how to take advantage of a free room if you have one at home. You will find various options, from an area for guests, games or work.

Vacant room? Find out how to take advantage of it

Free room for guests

If you receive many visitors or have an extended family, take advantage of a spare room. This can be turned into a beautiful room for entertaining in a few easy steps. Whether your empty space is large or small, with a good bed, a rug, a chest of drawers, and a few accessories, it's ready to be occupied.

Even if you are thinking of renovating your main room, do not think about giving away or selling your old belongings, put them in your spare room.

Wood takes a leading role in this 2022.

Turn it into a game room

In the spare room a games room could be adapted very well. It is a valid option when you have children or if you are a video game fan. In the case of little ones, they often leave their toys lying around in their bedrooms, which recharges them a lot. To put an end to this discomfort, take that free space and move the play area. Place a few organizers and, little by little, teach them to be organized without affecting their rest space.

Now, for the older ones, install consoles and a comfortable sofa, or a desk with a comfortable chair to play on the computer. Either way, your old spare room will be the perfect place to spend quality time with the family.

Maybe it can be your study or home office

This free space gives you the perfect opportunity to build your own studio or private work site. In the market we find various furniture, chairs and tables specially designed to organize a study that adapts to the needs. The idea is that the free room is a private, quiet and concentrated space where you can carry out your work, university or school duties.

Closet for clothes

If you have an empty room, a lot of clothes and little space in the bedroom, take advantage of it and make a giant closet. Sometimes, the free room is very close to the main bedroom, so it would be a good idea to have this additional space to design the wardrobe of your dreams.

A custom library

home libraries

To find out how to take advantage of a free room and turn it into a giant library, all you have to do is install some shelves and furniture to accommodate the books. This idea can even complement the work study, but if you can divide them, it is much better.

This space will turn the empty space into an innovative room suitable for being seduced by literature. You can use it alone, with your partner, your children or your pets. Just imagine it and add a delicious cup of coffee.

Turn it into a warehouse

When there is a free room in the house, it can be used perfectly as a cellar. This space can be used to store things that have little use and that create clutter in the house.

The empty room can be used as a storage area for all the things that are no longer used, but that you need to save for different reasons. Of course, try to keep everything in order with the support of shelves and organizers.

What if you rent it?

As a last idea, we suggest that this free room be suitable to be able to rent it to someone you know. This, if you are not satisfied with any of the ideas mentioned.

This idea is interesting because you will be able to take economic advantage of an empty area. To develop this idea you can choose between two options: furnish it and then rent it or rent it totally free so that the tenant organizes his belongings as he likes and feels comfortable. After all, he will live in the room.

What is teleworking?: learn all about the new modality and how to make it more comfortable

do we all know what is telecommuting truth?. Well, in order to maintain good productivity, and above all, comfort during teleworking, it is very, very necessary that we adapt our space. Today we are going to show you what you should take into account for this, so do not move from the screen because from Facades World We tell you the following.

Well to stop asking you what is telecommuting, we tell you that it has been a great bet by many companies after the crisis that was derived from the pandemic. Although this form of work has existed for many years, it was the need to maintain social distancing that led to its rise.

Thus, since then, thousands of workers have been able to carry out their tasks from the comfort of home and even with more flexible hours. Still, many have reported performance issues, stress, and feelings of discomfort. How can we deal with this?

Telecommuting: 5 tips to make it more comfortable

The truth of it all is that working at home is not as simple as some people think. It is important to know how to separate the work from the family and prepare mentally as if it were work in the office. In fact, it is convenient to organize a space that guarantees total comfort and concentration. And it is precisely at this point that we wanted to reach.

How to make remote work more comfortable

One of the main pillars to be successful with the teleworking It is to have an adequate space to fulfill the working day. As in offices, silence, order and comfort contribute to optimal performance.

So, first of all, you have to adapt an area of the house where, as far as possible, interruptions are not generated. What is needed? Below we detail the essential elements.

1. a comfortable chair

Firstly, It is advisable to acquire a desk chair that is comfortable and that allows you to maintain a proper posture when working. Backless chairs can cause lumbar discomfort, especially if you spend many hours in front of the computer.

A good option is to buy adjustable chairs, since they allow you to try different positions until you find the most comfortable one. However, if they do not have this function integrated, they can be adapted with the help of cushions.

2. The desk

Wooden study tables: a good option for young people

the table of dining room It is not the best option for telecommuting. It is best to reserve a corner or a room in the house to install an office desk. Along with the chair, this will ensure comfort when working. To do this, make sure you have a reasonable space to support your forearms. Also, it should not be too high or too low.

3. light sources

A detail that many ignore in their telecommuting is the light sources of the space chosen to work. The computer must be placed in such a way that it is not backlit. On the other hand, it is convenient to have a source of natural light for the day and LED lights for the night. All this prevents visual fatigue from occurring.

4. Shelving

Although a large part of the telecommuting tasks are done on the computer, there are those who also use agendas, books, pens, among other elements. If so, it is convenient to install a shelf to keep everything at hand, but in order. Throwing things anywhere affects the harmony of spaces and sometimes leads to a waste of time.

5. Workwear

Not only must the comfort of the work site be guaranteed; as well you need to feel comfortable with yourself. In relation to this, it is not recommended to work in slippers and pajamas, as it can affect performance. The best thing is to put all the attitude and discipline; showering and getting ready to go to the office can help.

Latest Recommendations

In addition to what has been said, it is essential to respect the work schedule and not exceed the hours. Knowing how to respect time is key to not being overwhelmed between home and work tasks. It is also good to take short breaks, get away from sources of noise and improve the environment with plants or aromas.
