Simple house with one floor and three bedrooms, we show its combination of wood and folding blinds

Next in Facades World We will show you this beautiful model of one-story house (located in the Czech Republic) which has been built on a square land. In it, we will find three bedrooms and a large dining room with stunning views to the outside, views that we can enjoy thanks to the use of wooden folding blinds, which we find in the modern facade of this simple, but unique house.

We can observe how the natural tone wood applied in the facade in the form of slats, completely harmonizes the construction culminating with a flat white roof. In turn, the concrete platform on which the construction itself sits, has the same characteristics as the ceiling in both color and dimension.

Simple and modern facade clad in wood

                                Main facade of the house
                                                          Rear facade

In the back facade from the house we will find a uniform finish that is made of larch wood slats, then, if we visualize the roof, we will see the use of a PVC sheet for more protection and then a layer of gravel.

In the social area, framed by black aluminum, we will find large crystals. When the blinds are folded, we will have a clean and unimpeded visuals towards the outside, finding ourselves completely with the whole nature of the environment.

In turn, the wooden blinds cover the terrace that is located in front of the room, when they are closed, give the social area a greater amplitude to the naked eye, while during the day filters the solar rays giving greater privacy for its occupants.

In perspective, we can see the large windows of the room
In spite of its functional aspect, the wooden blinds grant a unique originality to the design

Let's look at the larch wood folding blinds

Wooden blinds: if they are closed, they expand the interior space. Open, they give us an impressive visual

Plan of the one-story house, three bedrooms and wooden interiors

Approximately, this modern wooden house, has been built on a square plot of 13.5 x 13.5 meters with visuals to its four sides, so, to implement this design is extremely important and completely necessary to have an outdoor area around it, this way we can take the greatest benefit of the construction, and this will work properly.

The house has a total of four entrances, but we believe at first sight that quietly the most used could be the front and the rear due to the comfort and simplicity. As we mentioned above, we will find three bedrooms inside, in the middle a full bathroom with two entrance doors.

The dining room is facing the terrace, a fully illuminated area thanks to the large openings located in the main facade of the house. To finish, a kitchen with island It is separated from the dining room but located frontally towards the social spaces.

Modern and economical country house, discover how to get the best visuals thanks to the distribution used

From Facades World we would love that the copy that we present today, can serve as inspiration for the construction of their own home. This beautiful and striking modern country house and economic, called Eagle Ridge (Washington, USA), it has a distribution in planes in the form of "L", which allows you to have unique views towards the landscape that nature gives us.

In one of the parts of this pretty field housing, more precisely on the outside, due to the use of a corrugated metal shed, we will find walls of this same material, which resembles and reminds us a bit of the houses built with recycled containers.

Eagle Ridge Front, Side and Back Facade

Placed in the cantilever, the lights of the ceiling spotlights give life to the facade at night

Combination of construction materials such as wood and metal, combining perfectly thanks to their colors and textures
Entrance to the House of Style field
As you can see, whether it is a rural or country house, it gives us the possibility to create circulations on the outside

Interior design of the economic field house

The housing program created, which consists of a combination of kitchen-dining-living room, study, master bedroom, art studio and a storage area with the flexibility of adding bedrooms or an apartment, uses recycled old wood from an 100 barn years demolished in eastern Washington, rusted steel for the coating, as well as stones rescued from the work and moss.

Large doors slide out to open the house to wide views, creating a living room in the forest. On the other hand, the entrance garden divides the house creating two zones, making the eyes are fixed mostly in the natural views. A tip that we give you from Facades World is: in the design of your cottage, you must orient the social and / or private area towards the best exterior views, with floor to ceiling windows that will have a greater angle of vision.

The house is built with insulating structural panels (SIPS). This method allows for faster construction time, less waste generation, tighter construction, and better insulation. All doors and windows are designed to exceed energy code requirements, on the other hand, LED lighting in order to reduce energy consumption. Let's see the images ...

Unrivaled views from the living room towards the pine forest
Use of white paint on ceilings and walls, generating a feeling of spaciousness in the interior. Frames and beams were painted black, thus obtaining a modern contrast

Rotating door design and visualization of corrugated metal part
Bathroom using stone as a covering material

Floor Plan of the Eagle Ridge Lodge

                                                                   Floor plan of the house

In the center of the plan we will see the social area which is made up of the living room, kitchen and dining room, on the far right a bedroom (12), next to it a study room that can also function as a bedroom (11); the master bedroom has walking closet and bathroom with tub (6). Giving a total of 2 bedrooms + 2 rooms that we will consider multipurpose (bedroom or study, personal choice of the occupants).

House with one floor, we present a facade that combines wood and brick

Built in an area of 125 square meters, today in Facades World We present this beautiful one-story house. With a combined brick and wood facade, and also a juxtaposed gabled roof, we will observe how this Scandinavian style construction can be quickly converted into a modern style, let's get started ...

Modern facade combining two building finishing materials

This Modern facade It combines exposed brick in a white tone with cedar wood placed in the roof overhang of the terrace, in turn, the pitched roofs provide gait to the volume.

For the exterior finish also rectangular tiles were used, which can be ceramic that would have an effect to the brick applied to the façade of this one-story house.

The social area that includes the kitchen, the dining room and the living room, is an open space in the form of «L» (we can observe it and the plans), in addition to this, the large windows that overlook the interior garden, allow to have the very well ventilated and naturally lit environments.

In order to get the rhythm of the inclined roofs In this one-story house, we can see how the roof has been divided into two parts (refer to the dotted lines in the «tip plane»), resulting in the naked eye as one has been left behind the other, without place to doubts, a unique construction detail.

Floor plans of the one-story house

What corresponds to the yellow zone, belongs to the expansion that has been given to the house built in an area of 125 m², beyond that the access to housing is in the central part (left part of the map), it also has a secondary income located on the side of the house which allows directly entering the part of the social zone.

In total we will find three bedrooms, a study room that could be reformed and thus become an additional room, and a large lounge room that we will find located near the main entrance of the house.

The social area, the enlarged part to be more exact, includes the dining room, the living room and the kitchen in a large space in the form of «L», these environments have direct access to the terrace and the back garden.

Design and decoration of interior environments

Seeing your interior design, we will feel that it looks broad, bright and fresh. We can see from the walls to the ceilings painted in a white tone, assimilating the amplitude already mentioned, amplitude that is not only achieved thanks to the color, but also by the height of the sloping roofs.

The floors of the entire social area are blackbutt wood with glossy finish, a type of floor that comes from Australia belonging to the eucalyptus family. As a slightly more economical alternative when it comes to shaping the interior design, we can choose to use laminate flooring that would give an appearance similar to those we see in the images and it is also ideal for use in home renovations or extensions.

Casa Híbrida: we show how, through a renovation, it becomes a modern two-story house

On the day of the date, we will analyze a very peculiar design both in Façade and in plans, in the case of a remodeled house which changed drastically when the old design of the front part was perpetuated and added a completely new twist with the culmination and creation of a second floor, thus drastically renewing the style but preserving the harmony of this hybrid housing.

In case you do not have knowledge, we tell you that the hybrid constructions convert the sun into alternating current to run all the utilities of the house. When we encounter cloudy or snowy days, a generator that runs on bio-fuel ensures continuous power supply.

This class of housing is intended to be completely independent of the local electrical network. By manipulating its surface for maximum solar exposure and the use of a group of ultra-fine batteries implemented at the base of the slabs.

In the front part of the plot we see how the original facade, which is one level. However, if we go a little deeper into the terrain, we can see how the construction rises in the middle of the house, giving shape to the second level, located as we already mentioned, in the interior part of the land.

Going a bit into the part of the plans, we can see a living room - dining room on the first level, three bedrooms, and finally a terrace with a pool. As we will observe below, in the foreground there is a linear circulation from the main entrance (center left), which despite not being typical, can work perfectly on the routes.

In the second floor plan we will find a second living room with balcony, a bedroom and bathroom. We can appreciate in this plane, that the construction of the second level is one third of the total of the house; Beyond that, this striking remodeling has radically changed the profile of the house, turning it into a ultra modern construction.

Small wooden house, simple facade and air-conditioned interiors

This small sweetness of construction, has a large sloping roof that allows you to give protection to the outside terrace, typical of a rural house. Thanks to the height that was generated, the interior of this small house is kept fresh, with a profile of modern and simple facade.

If we stop to look closely, we will see how the house is elevated in a concrete platform to 0.80 centimeters of the ground, something very important if we live in rainy climates. Even if, on the contrary, if the land where it is located is a sandy area, the ideal thing would be to raise slightly on columns or piles, so as not to allow the accumulation of sand around the construction, construction, by the way, generated with prefabricated wood.

If we step inside this beautiful house little by little, we can see a modern look but like the typical rural house environment, with rustic wooden furniture, and concrete floors under square textures, thus ending up providing a very pleasant and pleasant interior design to anyone's eyes.

Use of Stone in Modern Facades

When our house has a facade that includes stone As a construction and protection element, it is not only a positive point when it comes to protecting our home against some natural elements such as rain, hail or sun, but it also gives a very warm image to the whole.

In addition to this, a suitable placement will make our housing stand out from the rest within our neighborhood, also having an added bonus since requires little maintenance.

Use of Wood on the exterior floor and Dark Stone Blocks on all walls
Use of Wood on the exterior floor and Dark Stone Blocks on all walls

When designing a modern house, surely one of the first ideas that cross our minds will be the use of glass and metal, or concrete; but what perhaps we sometimes overlook, is that this kind of coating (stone) used properly, achieve an incredible warmth in the final design.

Let us think that, above all, the combination of stone and wood it makes the houses highlight some of the parts of its structure, and that, thanks to the roughness in the texture of the stone, adds a lot of character to the architectural construction.

Combining materials used in avant-garde constructions As for example steel in its natural color, architects sometimes design stone facades in modern houses. As we can see in the images, the aforementioned materials must be placed properly in order to achieve the desired effect, bearing in mind that a bad choice between the texture of the stone, the chosen colors and other materials, can give a counterproductive result .

Since we would not like all your work to be thrown overboard, we are going to leave you with an image that will be very important at the time of the election of the Interior and exterior design in stone. Thanks to it, you can have a better idea of which one or which you can select to be part of your future façade or inside your home.

Sensational, square and Minimalist

El minimalist design comes to life in this home, mainly characterized by simplicity. This is how the straight lines and good finishes are the privileged ones, as well as the spacious and well-lit spaces. As we can see in the photograph, the ceiling and walls mostly have a perfect polished concrete. its minimalist facade highlights with nature and has two floors, garage for two cars, living room, kitchen, pool and bedrooms. The rectangular volume is present and helps to define the lighting from the windows.

A prominent feature of minimalist style is the flat roof, in this case the white must be present and as for the walls, the shape can vary but always respecting rectangular lines. Another aspect to consider is the rectangular windows on the second floor. The location of the pool is appropriate to take advantage of all the space.

Minimalist house with two floors, simple facade design and chord colors 1

The rooms are illuminated thanks to the windows that are located both on the first and second floors, which allow daylight to enter without any problem. When placing the small vertical windows on the second floor, it was thought that the spaces are not so visible on the outside, but that they maintain the adequate lighting required by this coquette minimalist housing.

Referring to the constructive details, the defined and openwork designs correspond to generate dimension in the house. As we said at the beginning, they combine polished concrete with full white paint, while we also find a wall design with vertical cavity, giving a totally modern and updated to the construction.

Respecting the line of the minimalist style, the living room and the kitchen have the walls painted in the aforementioned color, the white, as well as the ceiling, thus generating a perfect contrast with the black frames.

Although at first glance we can think that it is a high cost house, the truth is that by taking advantage of each of the spaces and using the white to enlarge the rooms, you can create a house that is quite accessible, both in price and comfort for the family.

Stylish Beach House

Today we present you an amazing and incomparable Beach house. The design is part of its appeal and is attributed to the award-winning architect Peter Stuchbury, who carried out and finalized this project in 2001. We can see its bold, innovative and beautiful facade that perfectly complements the nature of the place. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms whose views are highlighted by the wonderful beaches of North Sydney, Australia.

The lifting roof creates dynamic and functional interior spaces, it is manufactured in Cradle of wood That is why the edges are free and simple, which helps to promote an atmosphere of serenity typical of beach houses of the past. The triangular space of the facade It corresponds to generate a different form of the house and in this crossing the entrance is defined. The two wooden wedges extend in opposite directions, one towards the ocean and the other towards the sky. In addition, the decrease in horizontal windows provides views of the beach.

Beach house with 1 style

As the house is located on a steep hill overlooking the ocean and the rocky coastline of the beaches of North Sydney, a balcony was designed to make the most of the view towards the sea to enjoy the sunrise and sunset.

Lighting is an important part of this Beach house. For the same reason and to take advantage of the natural light, large windows were installed.

In the underground we will find the garage, which has storage capacity for two vehicles. Finishing, the house has two floors in which were placed exterior stairs due to the unevenness of the natural scenery. The delicate garden is the work of the landscape painter Phoebe Pape.

It has pop-out style kitchen and with glass walls that frame the views of the sea and the garden. In the hallway that separates the rooms, a guest area and bathroom. And of course one of the most remarkable things is that we can glimpse the ocean from most points of this house.
