Marvelous American style house with large spaces

El American style It is present in this house through the reflection of the richness of America and the desire for space to move. In this case, the style is characterized by borrowing the asymmetrical massification of European rural houses and designs from the Victorian era, although beyond that, it should be noted that the style is purely American.

The American style homes They usually have roofs with multiple elements at different heights. In this case we see that it fits this rule. The house has the majority of its roofs to two waters and in addition the main one of four waters. It has two floors and its interior is composed of kitchen, living room, dining room, five bathrooms, four bedrooms and three garages.

1

La American facade of this house is asymmetrical and that is one of the most important aspects, that is why in the American style we can observe several mixed materials in the walls of the same. We appreciate a striking wooden door, and at the entrance the walls covered with stones. It also has exposed brick and painted brick, a facade very complete in terms of design and also design.

The lighting is present thanks to its large windows and continuing with the American style, we will also find columns inside. Although the windows are large, it is necessary to have good artificial lighting. The floors are made of wood and the walls are painted white to create a wider space.

Following with the American style, we can visualize a bedroom painted in light colors as well as the floor that is of a beige tone. The rooms are often large and have vaulted ceilings or cathedral. The bathrooms have stone details and excellent lighting. They have details in tiles with American designs. Glass is important to generate an American but modern space at the same time.

The kitchen furniture was designed in a personalized way and using wood as a material. The walls have light colors and the floor continues with that chromatic range. Then you can see the remaining images so that you can see a little more of the interiors and also, of course, the plans of this beautiful home.

Therefore, it has the advantage of having a faster construction and greater functionality. It optimizes the interior spaces because it is built based on the needs of the inhabitants. This prefabricated house has two modules of steel chassis.

Being a premade house Modular flat roof can be moved to the desired terrain, a very important point nowadays. It is mainly suitable for small spaces and within the city. It has a flat roof and a floor. Inside we can find a kitchen, dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms, and if desired, you can also add a terrace optionally.

                        Modern facade with straight lines

At its facade you can appreciate the architectural design of straight lines, simple, aesthetic and current appearance. The entrance door was made of plated steel enamelled in white and inside it has interior doors in smooth pine and stainless steel cranks. We can see that the main window is wide and the doors are of less height than the conventional.

The windows are not necessarily very big because the space is reduced and in this case the environment can be easily illuminated. Of course in the modern style we will not find ornaments, highlighting the simple forms contrasted with the blank space thanks to the painting of the walls.

We can enjoy a bedroom full of lighting and repeated use of white to simulate a larger space. And also, we will highlight the floor in floating floor Oak. In the bathroom we find the white enamelled toilets with some contrasts in dark tones. In the living room we find the white walls, the lighting and the decoration in dark contrasting tones. As we said before, the design basically obeys functional criteria, that is, the house is projected from the inside out.

One aspect about structure of modern houses is that they do not hide their materials since the structure is independent of the covers. We leave the rest of the images so they can enjoy them and of course use them as an example for updates in their respective homes.

Sensational, square and Minimalist

El minimalist design comes to life in this home, mainly characterized by simplicity. This is how the straight lines and good finishes are the privileged ones, as well as the spacious and well-lit spaces. As we can see in the photograph, the ceiling and walls mostly have a perfect polished concrete. its minimalist facade highlights with nature and has two floors, garage for two cars, living room, kitchen, pool and bedrooms. The rectangular volume is present and helps to define the lighting from the windows.

A prominent feature of minimalist style is the flat roof, in this case the white must be present and as for the walls, the shape can vary but always respecting rectangular lines. Another aspect to consider is the rectangular windows on the second floor. The location of the pool is appropriate to take advantage of all the space.

Minimalist house with two floors, simple facade design and chord colors 1

The rooms are illuminated thanks to the windows that are located both on the first and second floors, which allow daylight to enter without any problem. When placing the small vertical windows on the second floor, it was thought that the spaces are not so visible on the outside, but that they maintain the adequate lighting required by this coquette minimalist housing.

Referring to the constructive details, the defined and openwork designs correspond to generate dimension in the house. As we said at the beginning, they combine polished concrete with full white paint, while we also find a wall design with vertical cavity, giving a totally modern and updated to the construction.

Respecting the line of the minimalist style, the living room and the kitchen have the walls painted in the aforementioned color, the white, as well as the ceiling, thus generating a perfect contrast with the black frames.

Although at first glance we can think that it is a high cost house, the truth is that by taking advantage of each of the spaces and using the white to enlarge the rooms, you can create a house that is quite accessible, both in price and comfort for the family.

The elegance of the Colonial Style

The facades of colonial houses They are characterized by the presence of columns in their facades whose main purpose is to support the ceilings and second floors, but above all, they fulfill an aesthetic and outstanding function of this particular style. We speak of a formal style, which we can begin to appreciate from the images that we will offer in this new publication.

Its construction is original of the East Coast of the United States and has symmetry, centered doors and a balanced set of windows, which with their wood details, accompany the use of brick that we find in the facade. It has a hipped roof and has colonial style tiles in reddish and dark gray tones.

1

Inside it has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, formal dining room, living room, garage, front and rear porch. As can be seen in the image, the interior of the dining room is very cozy due to the details in wood and the adequate lighting that makes every corner shine.

An important feature is that they take advantage of the spaces to the maximum but without losing the style. Both the wood and the details in gold and reddish tones help create a harmonious and sophisticated atmosphere. The white in the windows and the fireplace create the necessary contrast to respect the colonial style.

2

3

To continue with elegance and charm, the kitchen has excellent natural and artificial lighting. The furniture was made in wood, painted later in white and others in turn only varnished. At the end of the kitchen countertop a small breakfast bar was established with a bench that respects the contrast of the brownish and white tones. The clock matches the colonial style and next to it we can appreciate the staircase leading to the rooms.

It has a gallery or front porch very similar to the back and in this case you can see the interior of the dining room through the large window. The seen bricks they become the protagonists contrasting with the windows in dark tone. It should be noted that nature is always present to provide serenity.

Stylish Beach House

Today we present you an amazing and incomparable Beach house. The design is part of its appeal and is attributed to the award-winning architect Peter Stuchbury, who carried out and finalized this project in 2001. We can see its bold, innovative and beautiful facade that perfectly complements the nature of the place. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms whose views are highlighted by the wonderful beaches of North Sydney, Australia.

The lifting roof creates dynamic and functional interior spaces, it is manufactured in Cradle of wood That is why the edges are free and simple, which helps to promote an atmosphere of serenity typical of beach houses of the past. The triangular space of the facade It corresponds to generate a different form of the house and in this crossing the entrance is defined. The two wooden wedges extend in opposite directions, one towards the ocean and the other towards the sky. In addition, the decrease in horizontal windows provides views of the beach.

Beach house with 1 style

As the house is located on a steep hill overlooking the ocean and the rocky coastline of the beaches of North Sydney, a balcony was designed to make the most of the view towards the sea to enjoy the sunrise and sunset.

Lighting is an important part of this Beach house. For the same reason and to take advantage of the natural light, large windows were installed.

Charming Mediterranean House

This Mediterranean style house, was completed in 2015 in Tavira (Portugal), by Atelier Rua arquitectos. It has 286 square meters on 1 floor, divided between a central house and 3 exterior bedrooms. The Mediterranean is inspired by Renaissance constructions on that European coast. Its charm stems from primary designs of Italian, Spanish and French romantic architecture.

The brick-colored tile roof type case is inevitable. Reversed or stucco plaster walls, outdoor seating areas, columns and arched openings, balconies and wrought iron details are also common when there are 2 plants and give them a certain exotic Mediterranean air, which never goes out of style.

Charming Mediterranean House 1

There are also more straight and simple exterior lines, with roof to 2 waters, like the one we present today. This house was remodeled with cost between medium and high, taking advantage of everything salvageable from an old house by the sea in Tavira; Beautiful tourist destination on the Algarve coast in Portugal.

                                                      Results of Remodeling

The result is a versatile house adaptable to many areas, not necessarily the beach. Its central construction has an entrance hall, living room and living room, toilet, kitchen and 3 bedrooms en suite. We find this proposal inspiring and replicable on a smaller or larger scale. Being in a spa, the buildable land was taken advantage of by adding 3 external bedrooms with their small patios. Ideal for visits and to be exploited as lodging in season.

The decoration is simple, with rustic furniture clear of wood and light lines. The interior design maintains the profile of the exterior, adding curved lines in some terminations, such as the chimney. Predominates the white and the raw and neutral colors, accompanying the luminosity and reinforcing its appearance of fresh, cozy and ventilated house.

Decorations with neon lights on some walls bring modernity and surprise, cutting with the extreme serenity of the rest of the proposal, but without losing good taste

Here at the remodeling original pillars were used as separating columns-partition within the environments, a resource that is repeated several times. This proposal full of freshness we loved and we hope that you too!

As usual, we leave them with the photos of the interior and the plan, so that they can not only delight in them, but also use them as an example for future remodeling in their respective homes.

Small Classic House

It is a pleasure to share the transformation of an old house into a cheerful home. Is remodeling It was made in Minneapolis (USA) by M. Valdes Architects and received a BLEND award at 2011.

It is a classic house in 2 plants, of revoked bricks with details of siding type panels on the sides, a small porch, roofs to 2 waters, very ventilated, bright, and inexpensive.

Originally the house looked sad and subdued. The renovation gave it luminosity and good taste. But it was not a change only in form, but also in substance. Piping and electrical installations in poor condition were replaced. The new materials ensured safety and efficiency in maintenance.

Small Classic House 1                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   The remodeling of the small bungalow was organized by its owners and builders in two stages, during which the original floors were expanded into 2 rooms on the ground floor. The new house includes a comfortable and bright divided environment, with integrated living room and modern kitchen, game room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The kitchen and the front of the house were completed in the second stage of the work.

The setting and decoration was very careful. With floating wood floors on the ground floor and ceramics on the top floor. Neutral and serene colors in the range of green and light blue combined with full white door frames. The lighting was taken care of both in the artifacts and the entrances of daylight. The furniture respected the Classic of the house, keeping the light tone of the woods and combining the modern with the old in its right balance.

Its exteriors were not left aside, as stonemasons and a traditional vegetable garden were organized in the front and other hanging ones on one side. Its simplicity does not prevent appreciating the charm and practicality that this proposal represents.

The final effect of the change seems magical: a new spirit in a old house, which offers beautiful details and inspiring ideas.
